I´m sitting here in Hostel Pangea in San Jose, Costa Rica and it´s frickin awesome!  The whole place is painted like a jungle, like the entire building is one huge mural inside.  I´m returning to the states tomorrow around 9 pm and am so excited to see my family and girlfriend.  I´m especially looking forward to seeing my Grandpa because he had heart surgery while I was away.  Hope everything is completely fantastic for everybody.  See some of you soon.

I've only got one more week left in CR (and not that does not stand for Cedar Rapids).  I'm gonna have more time off from school cuz I got the hours reduced to four a day instead of eight.  I'm tired out from surfing this morning, so I think I'm gonna grab some comida.  Love to everybody out there who bothers to read this sparsely updated page.  Faithe, your my my diehard.  Rock on...

Here´s a big ¡HOLA! from Costa Rica.  It´s pretty hot and humid here, but I´m having fun.  Aside from all the class, I´ve been hitting up the restaurants (which all have amazing seefood and icecream), touring the canopies, to the beach, sailing, and checking out the Manuel Antonio and Quepos.  This weekend I´m learning how to surf, a life-long dream, and next I hope to go see the volcanoes.  Hope everything is going well back home.  I´d love to hear from yall.

Wow...I didn't realize that I hadn't posted is such a long time.  My sincerest apologies to everybody who missed me (few though you be).  And especially to Faithe, because she predicted my failure to post.  Hear that, Faithe?  I'm sorry.  She's really been patient with me...lol....  Anyway, enough of that stuff.  How's everybody's Christmas going?  Good I hope.  Mine has been swell.  I am getting a little nervous because I leave for Costa Rica in less than a week.  I'll be studying Spanish there for four weeks living with a host family.   I hope to see a lot of you before I go.  If I don't, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.  May your new year be blessed by the King of kings.

I am terribly sorry for not writing for such a long time ( because I know that I have so many loyal fans) so here is something to make your lives a little more enjoyable.  I love you all, you, yes, you...you know who you are.  I expect to hear from at least some of those I love.  I hope everybody is having a great year and I can't wait till Christmas break to see all of you again.  God loves you, too.
